It was not just another day at the ballpark last Saturday for long time Rangers fan Chip Stewart.

In his 30 plus years of attending baseball games, Stewart has never caught a foul ball, much less a bat.

The professor, who studies media law, was sitting with his family behind the first base dugout when Texas Rangers’ Josh Hamilton swung his bat into the crowd.
